01

Starting a deposit

Begin with a written enquiry identifying the commodity, quantity and proposed deposit. Identity, ownership, provenance and applicable compliance documentation should be agreed before accepting or moving an asset.

The company should confirm the storage location, allocation basis, inspection or assay arrangements, liability, insurance terms and release conditions in a written agreement.

02

What a client can review

A recorded deposit can include its deposit date, item type, quantity, purity, recorded initial asset value, upfront payment and monthly charge. Existing clients see only the records assigned to them.

Private reference codes identify deposits but do not provide access without sign-in. Printable custody statements reproduce the website record; they are not independent assay, ownership or insurance certificates.

03

Valuation and withdrawals

Metal valuation can depend on weight, fine-metal content and the price source used. An appraisal or recorded value may be necessary for assets that are not priced by a metal feed.

A withdrawal or sale requires written authorisation and agreed compliance checks. Viewing a deposit online does not authorise release or change the underlying custody agreement.

Information basis

No independent vault inspection or insurance certificate is represented by the online account.
