Keep the initial asset value, upfront payment and recurring storage charge separate when reviewing a deposit. A quoted market value can change and does not automatically deduct fees or establish a cash balance.
If a date, quantity or asset description is incorrect, request an administrator review. Clients cannot edit custody records themselves.

Do not share passwords or post private deposit codes in public messages. Verify requests for release fees, changed banking details or asset transfers using the official company contacts before taking action.
